Who can use the app

The account holder must be a parent or legal guardian who is at least 18. Kids may use the app through a child profile the parent creates. Parents are responsible for their child’s use of the app and for keeping their login private.

Your account

Please give us accurate information and keep it up to date. You’re responsible for activity on your account. Tell us right away at team@kingdomquestbible.com if you think someone else has accessed it.

Subscriptions and payments

Some features require a paid subscription. Every account starts with a free 7-day trial when the parent confirms consent, and no card is needed for the trial. After the trial, a subscription is $7.99 a month or $49.99 a year. If you don’t subscribe, new lessons lock when the trial ends, but your child’s progress is kept.

• Purchases are made through the Apple App Store or Google Play and follow their payment terms.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage or cancel in your Apple ID or Google Play account settings. Deleting the app does not cancel a subscription.
• Refunds are handled by Apple or Google under their policies.
• If a free trial is offered, any unused part ends when you buy a subscription.
• We may change prices with advance notice, as required by the app stores.

Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Copy, sell, or redistribute the app or its content
• Reverse engineer or try to access the app’s code or systems
• Interfere with the app’s security or other users’ use of it
• Use the app for anything unlawful

Our content

The app, including its lessons, characters, artwork, music, and software, belongs to us or our licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark law. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use the app for your family’s non-commercial use while these terms are in effect.

Scripture is from the Berean Standard Bible (BSB), which is in the public domain. If a parent chooses a different translation, its text is provided by YouVersion under that publisher’s license.

Our approach to content

Kingdom Quest Bible is a learning tool for kids. It doesn’t replace a parent’s guidance or a church’s teaching. We do our best to present Scripture accurately and in an age-appropriate way.

Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect and use information, including information about children. It is part of these terms.

Changes and availability

We may update the app, add or remove features, or pause service for maintenance. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we’ll let parents know before it takes effect. Continuing to use the app means you accept the updated terms.

Ending your account

You can delete your account at any time in the app’s grown-ups area, on the web at kingdomquestbible.com/account/delete, or by emailing us. We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms. Sections that by their nature should last, like ownership, disclaimers, and limits on liability, continue after your account ends.

Disclaimers

The app is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the extent the law allows, we make no warranties that the app will be uninterrupted or error-free.

Limitation of liability

To the extent the law allows, we won’t be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim, or $50, whichever is greater.

Governing law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Before filing any claim, please contact us so we can try to resolve it informally.

Apple-specific terms

If you downloaded the app from the Apple App Store: these terms are between you and us, not Apple. Apple has no obligation to provide support or maintenance for the app. Apple is not responsible for any claims relating to the app, including product liability, legal compliance, or intellectual property claims. Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these terms and may enforce them. You confirm you’re not in a country under a U.S. government embargo and not on a U.S. restricted-parties list.
